5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store complete payment information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. AI Processing (OpenAI)

Text inputs are sent to the OpenAI API for caption generation. OpenAI does not use API inputs for model training. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
