1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between Florian Pöll, Kummern 9, 6363 Westendorf, Austria (the “Provider”) and the users of “ImmoCaption AI” (available at immocaption.com).

2. Service Description

ImmoCaption AI is a web-based SaaS service that uses artificial intelligence to generate social media captions for real estate agents. Generated captions are AI-generated text suggestions and serve as a working aid. The user is responsible for reviewing and using the generated content.

3. Plans & Pricing

Free

  • Up to 5 caption generations per day
  • Access to all platforms
  • No credit card required

Pro (€29/month)

  • Unlimited caption generations
  • All features and styles
  • Priority processing

4. Cancellation

The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact: floripoell@gmail.com

5. Limitation of Liability

Generated captions are AI-generated text suggestions and do not constitute professional advice. The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy or suitability of generated content.

6. Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
